All the charm of salad in fried crab sticks.
— 200 g of crab sticks
— 300 g mushrooms
— 2 onions
— 2 boiled carrots
— Dill
— Olive oil to taste
— Vegetable oil for frying
— Salt to taste
A delicious salad with fried crab sticks, they are crunchy salad with a distinct taste of fish, with a subtle, pleasant.
Onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
Mushrooms cut into slices and fry until golden brown.
Crab sticks cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil.
Putting mushrooms, onions, crab sticks, they add boiled carrots, grated on a coarse grater, and finely chopped dill, all mix and then dressed with olive oil and mix again.
And now it’s time to enjoy the unusually delicious salad.

The dough for pizza (2 pcs. 30 cm.).
— 2/3 Art. warm water;
— 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
— 1 tsp.. Sahara;
— 0.5 tsp.. salt;
— 6.5 m. dry yeast;
— 2-2,5 st. flour;
1. The water is mixed with olive oil;
2. mix the flour with the yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl;
3. the deepening of the flour and pour back the water with olive oil;
4. Knead the dough is not tight;
5. Put the dough for half an hour in a warm place.When the dough is suitable divided into two parts, roll out and put the ingredients to taste.
Bake for about 10 minutes in the oven at 250 degrees.
PS: when we put cheese pizza is almost ready, so that it just melted and not bake

● 250g of chicken — boil (or chicken)
● 200 grams of mushrooms and champignons 1 onion head — cut into arbitrary and overcook
● 200 g of hard cheese — rubbed on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes
● 2-3 pcs tomatoes — cut into cubes
● 1 jar of olives — cut into slices
● green onions, mayonnaise …

To prepare the stuffed eggplant, baked in the oven, we need:
5-6 eggplants;
200 g of cottage cheese;
150 g of hard cheese;
3-4 cloves of garlic;
1 egg;
1 onion;
0.5 parsley;
salt and pepper — to taste.
Eggplants are well washed and cut in half, without removing the stalk
Fold the halves in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minut.Vynut eggplant from the pan, cool and remove the pulp with a spoon.
Prepare the curd-cheese stuffing for eggplant stuffing: pound cheese, add the grated hard cheese, chopped parsley, chopped onion, garlic press to squeeze through. Season with salt and pepper stuffing mix.
Add the egg and the pulp eggplant, stir again.
Fill the cheese-curd aubergine boats and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Most delicious eggplant with cheese and cheese can be submitted to any garnish.

For the preparation of baked figs with nuts and cheese you will need:
figs — 6 pcs .;
goat cheese — 50 g;
walnuts — 2 tbsp. l .;
salt, a mixture of peppers;
balsamic vinegar.
Cut figs in half, but not until the end. Gently pull out the flesh with a spoon.
Mix the pulp of figs with cheese and nuts, salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the figs with the resulting mixture, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and send bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Stuffed figs ready. You can file a delicious, juicy figs baked with nuts and cheese, as in the heat and cold.
