BBQ Chicken hearts

 

Ingredients:

Chicken (heart) — 500 g
Lemon juice — 1 ch. L.
Garlic — 2 cloves
White wine — 1 tbsp. l.
Orange juice — 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce — 2 tablespoons. l.
Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp. l.
Black pepper and salt — to taste

Preparation:

1. Wash the chicken hearts and cut off the top. Garlic peel and chop.
2. Mix the orange and lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper. Put in marinade hearts, mix well, cover and put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
3. Remove the hearts from the marinade, strung on wooden skewers. Fry hearts on all sides in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
4.  Remove the skewers from the hearts of the pan, pour in the white wine, hearts back in the pan, cook for a few minutes, occasionally turning skewers. Right BBQ chicken hearts also apply to the table with rice and vegetable salad.

INGREDIENTS:
● Mandarin — 2 pcs.
● Frozen banana — 1 pc.
● Milk — 1 cup
● Yogurt — ⅓ cup
● Honey — 1 hour. L.
● Vanilla — to taste

PREPARATION:
1. Clear the banana, cut it into small pieces and send in the freezer for 20 minutes.
2. Clear the mandarins.
3. Load the mandarins in a blender. Add the slices of frozen banana.
4. Add the milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla.
5. Beat at maximum speed for 30 seconds.
6. Love Tangerine smoothie with creamy notes?  Add to the list of ingredients, a couple of tablespoons of cream.
